These gorgeous little birds live in my yard. The males sometime keep a harem of females and the females can get very bossy. 
I used Daniel Smith colours- indigo, French ultramarine, cereleum blue, yellow ochre with a touch of buff titanium, burnt umber, green gold and sap green. I now want to paint the female.
