Wow! Inspiration abounds
A really great class - so much inspiration for actually working in my sketchbook. My mind is overflowing with ideas. I'm itching to pull out some unloved/forgotten supplies and give them a go. Lesson 1 alone is fantastic - I'm thinking about having a dedicated sketchbook/notebook to use as a reference for all my various supplies. An all in one place to quickly refer back to when I'm thinking about what I have (along with a notation as to where I may have stored said supply ;) and what I may want to use).

This was a set of watercolor markers I bought really inexpensively (and never used). I was still chicken to add water to the quick sketch, but it was a fun experiment to see what I had (the caps never match what's inside) and to try the blending - I did do those with water (top left corner).

I pulled out all my tombow dual tip markers - the ones I could find anyway (I really shoudl think about keeping all my like-items together, alas). I really liked the spread with the quilt blocks. That was fun and very relaxing.
