I've been wanting to create more designs based on type but it has always felt so out of reach.  But this class made it fun.  I felt more free to try stuff and stop worrying about what I don't know about type.  Thanks Aaron!!

 

I started in Illustrator playing about and actually tried a couple of options.  I found that the fonts with the least amount of details worked best for me because I could stretch and see how things might fit together or make shapes better than if there was a lot of flurish to the typeface.
