I love it. It is a great piece. I do not know too much about the character in question but based on what I can see, I imagine the character to be cheeky, playful and mischevious - the look on their face makes me believe this to be true. I love the method in which the artist drew this character, it looks like a mixture of digital art as well graffiti.
