This class encouraged me to work with oil pastels, which I normally almost never use, and I really liked it! It was fun and liberating to work fast and instinctively, and try out different color combinations. The landscape didnt work out for me at first, but I decided to make it more wild and it was cool to draw like the opposite of detailed/controlled. Also I was really surprised with the outcome of my tree, I didn't expect that I could draw a tree like this without a reference image!
