DIY Sketchbook from a Paper Grocery Bag!
I have kept and continue to collect so many different paper bags from groceries and gifts and now have a box full and overflowing... Since its our school break i remember i had promised myself that if i don't make something out of them i would have to simply release them for garbage collection. But the thought of adding more 'trash' to the planet in the face of climate change made me hesitant you know 🤔😔😩
So I'm truly happy to have found this class on Skillshare! 🥰
I truly hope less and less trash leaves my home and collectively. We could all do our little part. I can't wait to share this project with my neighbors, family and friends.
I also loved Chris' stories of reading to their children and so graciously sharing a montage of a history of their own children's hand-made books. These brought back so many beautiful memories of my grandmother, and perhaps this is also something i can make as an homage to her! I think it would be a meaningful gift to give any loved one, and would be great to share this with parents to make with their children.
Thank you so much for this class, Chris Carter! ❤️❤️
