This is the first project I've ever shared here.

Lettering and letters have always been a safe place for me, but for a while I felt disconnected from them. Then, on a random evening, I took this class and found my way back to a part of myself that I had unintentionally left behind (Thanks Claire!)

Through Claire's simple and approachable exercises, I was reminded that everything happens one step at a time, and that perfection isn't necessary to create something meaningful. That helped me reconnect with my creativity in a way I didn't expect.

Here I'm sharing both my initial sketch and the final piece I completed.

The phrase I chose, "Better Latte Than Never," reflects this journey perfectly. Sometimes returning to something you love takes time, and that's okay. What matters is finding your way back :)
