Hi Susan, I'm a huge fan of master Montgomery Flagg and I'm very familiar with this drawing. Excellent choice for a study! You really captured the dynamism of his hatch marks, and the play of thin and thick as the master does. I like the open edges around the figures for the area of highlight, and that you remembered the 'haloes' (the white outlines reversed from the background), it looks really good!
