15 days of watercolor florals
I LOVED this challenge!
My approach started almost accidentally, because my sketchbook allowed for two designs next to each other. After lesson 1, I decided to adapt what I just learned while allowing myself more freedom. And this continued - every day I would paint one composition as close to the instructions as possible and one where I allowed myself to go more "wild" with my interpretation of that day's theme. I learned a lot - what I like, what I am not good at (leaves and bouquets) etc.
The progress between day 1 and day 15 still amazes me. I recommend this challenge to everyone AND I highly recommend following my approach of two paintings per prompt!

BONUS PHOTOS OF PAINTING (it is therapy, truly)

Girl hang + picnic + watercolor is such a soul soothing thing. Work has been weird as hell lately so this class really helped me feel creatively fulfilled.

I went to visit my parents halfway through, showed them my creations which they loved so I immediately painted some silly flowers for my mom to frame! ♥
