This was a fun class learning to simplify figures for urban sketching.  It was interesting to see how only a few lines could depict a person walking or running etc.

I kept up for the simplest figures but as things got more complicated I didn't know what I was doing especially as we were working so small...  

In the end I got out one of my children's books and tried to quickly draw some of the figures in the illustrations.  I'll give it a try with actual people figures in a magazine or something next.
