As a artist I love watching the process of others artists and I'm glad to have finally taken this skillshare class, I struggle with adding colors to my characters often but watching the ease at which Kirk draws and re-draws is definitely super motivating.

Here's my progress so far - I did struggle a bit with posing the character in the 3/4 pose like you did in the video but since the process is similar to making a puppet animation it reminded me of how important it overlap certain parts as that helps while moving/animating the characters later on.
So, I will be chipping away at this and adding a colored version soon.
