Wow — that was a fun project! It was my first time working with painted papers; I usually use magazines and found scrap, so this was definitely outside my usual artistic scope. I also had the chance to recycle sheets that were otherwise destined for the bin, and now I have a whole stash of papers with really interesting textures. Painting the papers was very relaxing, and although the final composition might not be perfect for a first attempt, I’m excited to have plenty of material for future experiments.
