First Patchwork pattern:

I'm only half way through this class, but here's what i can show so far. I love watching how you create your patchwork, Kristina, and enjoying your workflow and learning new things and tricks from it. Thankyou for your inspiration!

I used some illustrations from my gallery as motifs (what a nice way to show them off), and other patterns i drew fresh to add into it. I was aiming for diversity of the patches, and for a sense of connection between the patches, without thinking of a particular theme. 

Because i don't have photoshop i started in Procreate with a 12x12 inch canvas and made it into a repeating pattern in Procreate in the way i had  learned before.

Version 2: here i attempted to 'move some of the motifs to the gutters inbetween, like you suggested, Kristina:
