[ ] There isn't much to prep for guests with a lot of experience
[ ] It's very important to always prep guests (for questions, expectations, setup that is appropriate for your client's show)
[ ] A scheduling tool such as AcuityScheduling has the ability for podcast guests to fill out forms and remind them X days (or hours) before the recording begins
[ ] It's important to build buffer time between recordings, as some sessions may run longer than scheduled
[ ] It's a good idea to request podcast guest information upfront even before the recording (profile image, brief bio, links and resources)
