In preparation of a cycling trip to Rome I am practicing skills to make a journal on the road. Fab's classes are super for this and I absolutely loved this lettering class. It can add so much to an interesting page. I also researched some fonts as suggested, tried some out. Attached some of my practise pages, helping me to decide how I will approach my traveling journal. I chose to draw / paint some items I will bring along. It is a mix of this class and some other of Fab's classes. I can recommend all of them, I am beginning to be a real fan :-)

The paper I use is quite thin due to weight considerations so I need to be careful with my watercolors and not make it too wet.
