I think a responsive pen is going to go a long way with your still life studies. I find the scissors the most effective subject of this drawing - you've captured their form quite clearly through light and shadow but retained a looseness that gives them character! Love the energy in this, Rosalyn! Your caption really matches the piece. The tape roll and scissors feel especially strong, and the loose linework gives the whole setup a nice sense of motion, like you’ve caught a real workspace mid-flow. Excited to see how it evolves once you’re working with the right Apple Pencil.

Never happier than when I'm knee deep in paper. Turns out this Apple Pencil (2nd gen)  is not pressure sensitive but I ordered the right one (1st gen)  last night. Curious to try this again with the right tool. Feedback welcome please?
