It was fun and fast to create the acrylic background and cut it into pieces.  But then it took me forever to go back and create the stories in them.  I was afraid of ruining them even though they were just for fun. I worried about doing the small details with acrylic paint and that all my acrylic brushes were too large. Anyway, this morning I made it a priority to sit down and finish these three.  I ended up using acrylic gouache for the details and found I had a jar of small acrylic brushes. I have 3 more pieces to finish to complete my set.
