First of all thank you for having a series of paintings which provide the opportunity for the practice of advanced detail, layering etc.    I find these to be the scariest to paint but when I finish them I feel like I have experienced so much "newness".

I had a lot of fun as a I traveled through the painting...overworking and overpainting with some mud thrown in.  Still I enjoyed every minute and can't wait to do a similar painting.  I don't remember your exact words but I love the notion of "suggesting" what is happening in the picture rather than trying to paint it literally.
