Looking South, Aran Islands

This is a photo from a trip to Ireland, Summer 2024.  The Aran Islands have a rugged coast line with a topography or landscape typical of northern climates approaching the arctic circle.  There are few to no trees, rocky turf with short grass or heather.  I wanted to capture the green of the grass, though it was short, because it is a color that is everpresent in Ireland and the detail of the flat, geometric rocks also everywhere.  I used a vintage 10 preset (or profile) along with the adjustments explained here.  I turned up the green in the color mix for the grass and the blue for the sea and sky in the distance, but not too much, as it was hazy and overcast.  This made the sea foam pop!  I also turned up the shadows, which made the cliffs facing the camera appear almost out of nowhere.
