From this training, I have come to a conclusion that project tracking should be based on the type of project that we want to embark on. The way it is tracked, how risks are mitigated, documented etc should be a function of firstly the timeline as you want to focus more on the tracking of things that matter than on daily activities that may impede you from actually making actual progresses.
