Expressive Horizons: Creative Watercolor Painting Techniques for Sky and Landscape

Brenda, this has a lovely sense of space and calm, and your grasses in the foreground are beautifully handled. The sky works well as a soft backdrop, but if you wanted to push it further, you could slightly deepen a few of the cloud shadows to add a bit more drama and contrast against the land. Overall, it feels light, open and very natural!

I appreciate the feedback and will go back and try to add some shadows. I’ll post it again and compare the two.

I added more depth of colours on the painting as suggested I think it adds interest
