Method 6: The Workaholic Cycle Breaker

I’m a highly motivated procrastinator! I feel like I am busy all the time (workaholic), but never get anything done. My days are never consistent since I don’t have a schedule in place and I work from home, so there’s lots of distractions. I have been trying to figure out a way to manage my time better because I feel stressed out every day and feel like I never accomplish anything.

I was so happy to come across this class. I am going to start with Method 6: The Workaholic Cycle Breaker. I am so looking forward to starting this because I have been wanting to sit down and figure out how to have a successful day. I feel like defining “success” for each day would really help me prioritize my to-do list(s), stay more focused and feel like I am actually doing things that I can check off my list.
