I've been wanting to take one of your classes, but the projects were always a bit more involved. So I jumped at the chance to do these smaller landscapes.

With each picture I felt like I was falling and everything kept getting wrong. There wasn't enough white space on the tree for snow, the trees were all messy , the wreath too dark, I forgot not only the smoke, but the whole chimney and don't even get me started on the baubles. It all looked so different from the lessons and if you look at the pictures side by side you can see it. But I pushed through and man, I'm super happy with the results, after all! 

Initially, I didn't even plan to turn them into deco or anything, but eventually ... well:

Not the biggest of trees, but definitely the best dressed. ;)
