DESINTOX ON GOING
I have started the social média (and IPhone) desintox.
- set limitations for specific apps (Facebook, Instagram). Time limitation and number of opening limitations
- wrote a list of more productive or more interesting things to do instead of scrolling
- set a productive planning
- configured concentration app
- etc
first results :
- feeling better
- more energy
- I stopped scrolling and watching reels
- opening Facebook And instagram is no more a reflex
- etc.
