I spent hours trying to make this look like something other than a 5 year old got ahold of his mothers art supplies. 
I used liquid watercolor the silver was W&N, gold ink by Hero Arts didn’t show up, si I went over it with a gold pen from Dollar Tree. A white and Pink postcard pin. A couple neo color 1s, a black brush pin, and that’s all I can think of. It came out so bad. The next time I have 3 hours to spare I’m going to try again.  Thank you for your wonderful class.
