Recently I spearheaded a CRM implementation over 6 different departments. The challenge came when each department wanted to have different processes according to their workflows. I was able to discuss options with each department individually and then implement processes that were successful cross departmentally. The success came from many discussions and trainings with each team and finding what worked for everyone.
