I painted this in the car on my lap while my baby slept in the car seat (and my older daughter was at her piano lesson). I had such a hard time managing all of my supplies with the steering wheel in the way that the water dried before I had time to finish the forest. I tried to rewet the paper and it made a mess of my painting. I resorted to letting it dry and adding some detailed trees in the foreground rather than keep it simple. I think it saved a really unfortunate looking sketchbook page.
