first of all, thanks you for this lesson
it helped me a lot and push me to take my time doing detailled but not as hard as i thought drawing
really loved the ink pen exercice, so i did the kitten with it too, but, gosh, that was way more hard than the bird, the bid took me i think 30/40 min, the kitten, i think i spend a good hour on it

on the other hand, i didn't manage to do well on the upside down and the paint exercice
