First project after taking a year long break. I absolutely love everything about this painting except for the flowers. The rest of the landscape is some of the best work I’ve ever done, but I just couldn’t make the flowers work. They are cartoonish, as I feared they might be before I even started. I will fix them at some point after I’ve figured out the secret!
