Hi again! I love that you spotted this stunning table setup while out and immediately saw it as a photo opportunity :) that’s the photographer’s eye in action! Even without your DSLR, you captured this beautifully using just your phone. The shimmer of the cutlery, the warm tones of the plates, and the texture of the golden placemats all come through so nicely. You also did a great job handling a tricky situation, store lighting and reflective surfaces can be super challenging, but you made it work. Yes, there are a few natural reflections and shadows, but they actually give the image a sense of realism and depth that works well for lifestyle product shots. If you ever revisit a scene like this with your DSLR, it would be fun to experiment with aperture and white balance to further control those highlights and background details. But honestly, the fact that you applied what you learned on the spot with just your phone is exactly the kind of flexibility that great photographers have. I was walking up in a shopping mall in a furniture store and saw this beautiful set up, as I did not have a good set in the house, so l shoot this picture on my phone lol , it would have been nice if it was a DSLR to apply all the knowledge from close but I had left my camera home, there are some shadows and reflections though
