I had some fun with brushes on this one! I used a skin texture brush on the pink parts and a hair texture brush on the yellow parts to make it a little more interesting. The highlights were done with one of the luminance brushes, and I did the shadows on a multiply layer so I wouldn't have to pick a new value for each color.
