Ultimately Melty Grilled Cheese
I made the four-cheese grilled cheese from class—and it was so good! Growing up, we usually had simple cheese sandwiches at home, and I never really ordered grilled cheese in restaurants. Now I understand why it’s considered a comfort food in the U.S.—rich, melty, and deeply satisfying.
Next time, I’ll use lower heat since I only cooked it for about a minute on each side and it got burnt. The cheese in the middle didn’t melt fully, but I still enjoyed it a lot—and I’m definitely making it again tomorrow!
