I decided to draw my own sketch so I could practice with the perspective guides used in the class. I changed the composition a bit to incorporate some photo references that I took as well.

I really liked the techniques used in class, especially painting the background and pond in smaller sections instead of one large wet on wet area.  That worked really well for me because I live in a desert climate and have a hard time with large wet on wet areas drying out too fast.

I enjoyed the class, and I learned some new techniques.  Thank you so much Yu-Yin, I look forward to taking more of your classes.
