Inspired by the Prompt “I Want to Learn…”

Through this page, I reflected on the experience of teaching this class. As a teacher, I always learn new things about art journaling while teaching my methods. Sometimes, I forget this happens and it’s a fun surprise as I go through the process of putting a new class together.

The arrow shapes were cut from the sticky notes I used to plan the prompts for the class. Green happens to be the perfect color for this page, as it makes me think of Springtime and all the fresh growth that comes with it.

Inspired by the prompt “Gratitude”

This was a fun two-page exploration of the grid exercise we did on Day 4. As it was my second time using this method, the page came together really quickly. It’s a fun way to develop a pattern layout, and I love the finished result!
