As a watercolor artist, I love bringing organic, hand-painted textures into surface design. Inspired by classic stripes, I wanted to create a pattern with a natural, painterly feel rather than digital precision. Instead of using software, I painted the stripes by hand first, allowing for subtle variations in color, edges, and brushstrokes. I'm excited to try it next in Pixelmator and download the ap!

This project was a great way to explore pattern creation while staying true to my watercolor style. I plan to refine the design for Spoonflower, testing it on different fabric types.
