Thank you for sharing Richard! I like how abstract this shot is, and I think it would fit well amongst a collection of photos that tell the story about a specific location. I'm into the vintage touch as well.  Some quick feedback: I would try to straighten the composition a bit, and I might also experiment with dropping the blacks back down. I know one of the first things we think to do when editing in a vintage style is soften the blacks, but if you look at properly exposed film this doesn't happen as much as we think. Overall nice shot Richard!

Thanks Sean, I really appreciate the feedback. I didn't realise that photos are cropped to a standard shape and size when they are posted. I think my original which is portrait is a bit better than this but I can't see how to submit it the way I want. Anyway, it's really nice to hear from you and thanks for sparing the time. Richard.

Ah yes, that makes sense. The main project photo is cropped, which can be quite frustrating. You can always upload it again in the body of the project so you can see it's original dimensions! I imagine this photo is much more powerful in portrait orientation.

I noticed this beautiful window in a local pub and thought it captured the essence of the location. I edited to make it look more vintage.
