My note about the Art of self-care
i will excited with the Gratitude part , and the inspiration and motivation part also . i will take my time to design a tracker for my own such as: gym tracker, healthy meal tracker, study and book too!
about friendship and how to be a good friend: i have an ideas to create a Quality of Friends list and the bucket list of things to nourish friendship
