Just got an iPad and thought I would give Fresco a try before buying procreate. I think I like it much better so far!

This was a fun class and I loved drawing flowers in a way that wasn't so photorealistic, which usually hangs me up.

I ended up making a shirt out of this design too which was super fun!

In reflection I wish I would have had a more solid sketch for the whole composition. I thought I could sort of draw a bunch of flowers and then fit them together, but ended up spending much longer because I needed to create extra elements, and ultimately I think the result looks a bit jumbled.

 

I learned a lot though and am looking forward to applying it all in my next projects!
