Sales & Customer Service: Writing a Value Proposition Through the Perspective of the Customer

This is really great work. You demonstrate a detailed understanding go the client's business problems - not just their website needs - and you highlight the difference they receive when hiring somebody with technical expertise, versus a DIY route. My one comment is for the summary at the bottom: lead with their business problem rather than their web design issues, something more like:"When [CLIENT] face challenges with low audience trust, weak onlinepresence, and reduced conversions, it is often because of a week brand identity and poor web experience. A weak website struggles to create an effective, user-friendly web design that reflectstheir brand identity and drives engagement."Attract their attention from the first line by showing you understand their pains.
