Christy's Wedding
I wanted to make a card for a friend's wedding, so looked at their theknot.com site for inspiration and found their beautiful photos.
The bride-to-be had also used copper/rose gold embossing and some bubbles/dots on their invitation, so I wanted to pull those elements in, too. I watercolored a pale blush background, dipped some different sized pen/marker caps in diluted copper acrylic paint and randomly printed them around, then filled in the open "bubbles" with watercolors from the palette.
Wish I had spent a little more time with the lettering on the card (style, placement), but I liked the concept, and loved working on the palette. Thanks, Ria Sharon!
