In this project, I want to share my geometric stars, which I made along with other paper decorations during the Christmas holidays. I was inspired by the idea of ​​creating unique paper ornaments as a decoration for my home and also as a cute DIY gift for friends.

I started with a 4-pointed star following a tutorial, which was a great way to ease into the process. After that, I made a 5-pointed star using my own template.

TOOLS & MATERIALS:

Paper:
- 160gsm black/white drawing (collage) paper for small and medium-sized stars
- gray paper document folder for big star (~180gsm)
Ruler: 40 cm
Pencil: a thin mechanical pencil & white pencil for black paper
Double-sided tape: 12 cm
Paper scissors;
Fishing line for hanging decorations
Craft knife
