Enjoyed this process but when the tape was removed it really tore the paper really bad.  The top two pieces had large pieces torn and so glued them back down with the cold wax.  It made the whole piece really messy but not a complete loss.  After the first set of 4 decided to work on the piece of paper that was used for excess wax and paint (the second image).....it is interesting but no sure that it is finished. 

This is the finished image of the above piece that was the second piece done. There is a fair amount of iridescent colors on the hummingbird. Throughout the piece are gold and silver as well.
