Hi Iolande! Thank you for posting your drawings!  You're totally correct, at first it will seem a little tricky remembering these lines cause theres quite a few. The goal isn't always to use every single one, but it is important to understand the structure they're representing on the head and face. As you practice them more, you'll get use to it, but more importantly as you apply them to individual faces, you'll slowly start to see which ones are the most beneficial for that particular person.  The lines and structure portion will get more intuitive with more sketches and you'll be able use these tools for placement quicker as well as cleaner so you can move on to other portions of the drawing. These are just sort of the 'foundation' of beginning a head drawing that are so important as it sets up everything else.  Next steps beyond practicing these more would be to take a reference image you like and try and construct the head the same way you've done here. The tricky part will be adapting the lines to a real face with unique structure versus drawing a mannequin type head like in these exercises. Hope that helps!
