I played around with a neon color palette for this project because I was excited to use new shades of clay I purchased recently. I also watched some YouTube neon ocean visuals with music playing in the background while I sculpted this so I had some inspiration for colors that was heavily influenced by creating this atmosphere. I used old eye shadow for shimmer effects and some acrylic paint for accent.
