The toothbrush approach

Very interesting way to truly analize your state of mind and corresponding capabilities AND thus assessing what you can achieve every day! In that way you DO things every day and are happy that there are constant results! I include the results of one day of more low level tired energy (calligraphy drills), and one of an energetic, confident (and having more time) experiment of textures on birds eggs (class from Sharone Stevens), after analising my energy of emotions.
