Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has been identified as a vehicle with the potential to improve the quality of health care systems as well as the efficiency and service delivery of the health workers both in the developed and developing countries.

This has necessitated the need for study into the relationship between ICT and service delivery in Federal Medical Center (FMC) Jabi, Abuja - Nigeria.
