 My Energizing Morning Routine

Why  Start:

  • To have more time to achieve my goals.
  • To energize myself for the entire day.

My Morning Schedule:

  • 6:00 Wake up
  • 6:10 - 6:30 Cold shower (20 mins)
  • 6:30 - 6:45 Prepare and eat Breakfast (15 mins)
  • 7:00 - 7:15 Meditate (15 mins)
  • 7:15 - 7:25 Journal (10 mins)
  • 7:25 - 7:55 Go for a walk/run (30 mins)
  • 8:30 Flex time (for unexpected issues) (30 mins)

If Extra Time Available:

  • 8:15 - 9:45 Work or Reading (90 mins)

Evening Schedule:

  • Downtime for bed: 9am
  • Bed time: 10am
