I used a 50/50 mix of water and glycerine as described in the class to create the water droplets on a flower petal.  I took the photo using my Olympus e-m10 Mark II mirrorless camera with a macro extension tube.  I adjusted the colors in Lightroom to add more contrast between the background and the flower petals.

 

For this second image, I used the focus bracketing feature on my camera to take 10 photos using different focus and then stacked them together using Helicon Focus.  The final photo was then edited in Lightroom to adjust the colors and create more contrast and add sharpening.
