Mediation for Dummies Results

Mediation for Dummies is a series of video lessons that teaches you how to mediate, what it is and why it’s important. With meditation there are many targets including: Breath, Body, Picture etc. The target I found the most success in was breath because I could go to an area that was really quiet to where I could only hear my breath so, that kept me in focus of my breath. I say focus because it was the hardest thing about meditation for me. Especially, in the beginning of doing it your mind just wants to wonder through different thoughts. one roadblock that could stop you sticking to meditation is if you don’t have a area in your place of residence we’re you could go and be quiet, even if you ask other people that live you to be quiet it still may be hard because appliances naturally make noice and of course the outside world makes noise but I would say if your good at sticking to the target this may not bother you but if your a beginner I think all those little sounds will try to grab your attention more than ever when your just starting out
