"Simple but not easy", Part III

Here's my entry on the third part of this series. The inspiration came from photographs by pexels (Anna Nekrashevich, Cottonbro Studio).
Once again, I used continuous lines to create some wonderfully bizarre shapes. Experimenting with different colors and paper, I did a color study on stone paper first. Not the best choice, but still interesting.


The final versions were made on Fabriano Artistico 100% Cotton Hot Pressed 300gsm. My pears actually look more like avocados.

With the following one I originally intended to update my contribution of Part 2. However, I ended up using techniques from Part 3 to create the shading and brightness using pigments. The pear turned out so well that it definitely deserves a spot here.
